About Alex Design
Alex Design LLC is a tiny strategic marketing & graphic design studio based in Carmel,
Indiana. Owned and operated by an award-winning graphic designer - Alexandra(Alex)Leonova.
Since 1996, I have worked with national and international accounts, bringing a unique
European flair to everyday design problems. I am proficient in my knowledge of all
aspects of interactive and print design and I have been working with latest interactive
and desktop publishing software.
Prior to starting AlexDesign.com, I was a senior web designer at St.Vincent Hospital
& Health Services. Before that, I did freelance work for Eastman Kodak, Method Networks,
DHL, Merill Lynch and other well known companies.
I've studied at the School of Art in Moscow, Russia. Also I studied at the Herron
School of Art at IUPUI (Indianapolis University Purdue University of Indiana). I
am fluent in both English and Russian.
Alex Design has received an American Graphic Design Award, which was given as part
of a nationwide contest garnering over 11,000 entries. My work has been published
in several books by David E. Carter. Recently several of my logo designs appeared
in an "American Corporate Identity 2006", that book was also published by David
E. Carter and can be purchased at Amazon, Barnes & Noble or Borders bookstores.
In addition, Alex Design supported a variety of organizations with pro bono work,
including Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis, Ballet Internationale, Noblesville
Lacrosse Checkers.
Alex Design studio was founded in the belief that good design makes a difference,
and I remain committed to helping my clients reach their goals, increasing brand
awareness and generating revenue.
